Marketing Operations Specialist
How You’ll Support Our Mission
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play an important part in the success of our revenue generating organizations. Your attention to detail and drive for success will be instrumental in supporting the development, execution, and tracking of strategic marketing campaigns and activities. At ESO, we are a data driven and therefore, you will ensure we always have a “source of the truth” established and readily available for action-oriented decisions.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations you will be part of our Revenue Operations team based in our Austin office.
What You’ll Be Doing – the day to day
- Serve as key subject matter expert and provide ownership over the configuration, integration, and system administration for all Marketing technology stack applications
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to measure marketing performance, analyze effects of marketing efforts on pipeline and revenue through use of dashboards and regular reporting
- Identify and communicate actionable insights to Marketing and Sales stakeholders and leadership to drive pipeline and revenue generation
- Establish and maintain marketing playbooks to document processes.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Specialist to ensure organizational interlock on key performance measures and activities

- Being inquisitive: you know you won’t have all the answers, but you are not afraid to ask questions
- Data excites you. You are drawn to grasp who opened, who clicked, and most importantly theorize why users engaged to gain insight into the target audience
- You have a knack for translating data and insights into simple, easy to understand context
- You have hands on experience with Salesforce and Marketo understanding the required data flows to measure the success of our initiatives
- You have the ability to learn complex processes and systems in a timely manner; turning what you have learned into actionable productivity
- You put our customers first in everything you do
- 3+ years experience in Marketing or Sales Operations.
- At least 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with Marketing automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce)
Who You Are – the desirables
- In-depth understanding of relational databases and systems integration in marketing and sales organizations (including CRM, marketing automation, website analytics, BI and enrichment tools)
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
